Most banks are closed on October 31 and November 1 for All Saints’ Day, except for select branches, according to notices issued by the bank.

The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), in an advisory, said that “all branches will be closed on October 31, 2025, a special non-working holiday.”
“Branches with a Saturday banking schedule will also be closed on November 1, 2025 in observance of All Saints’ Day,” BPI said.
